About Me

My name is Shane de Luca

I dabble in music, art, writing and hypnotherapy.

I live a wonderfully serene, simple life with very few expectations,  love in great abundance, vibrant health and excessive gratitude.

This is (mainly) owing to the fact I have found freedom from the constraints of an auto-immune disease which was diagnosed in 2016 ( please see my blog page if you would read the full story).

I am grateful for the journey undertaken over the past several years. The healing process has been an holistic mind, body, and spiritual awakening. I still get reminders of the disease, albeit rare thankfully and only the very minor symptoms. The same everyday worldly problems and challenges affect me, however I now embrace these with grace, courage and curiosity. My exposure to the successes and failures of life has taught me these experiences are an invaluable source of knowledge. Peace, harmony, contentment and a more authentic and sustained happiness is the end product

Meditation and affirmations have become a daily ritual for me and have had a profound effect. Without meditation, my healing and transformation would certainly not have begun and my mindset would not now be one of lasting peace and empowerment.

I approach mentoring from a very humble point of view. Purely influential and without expectation. It is my firm belief, every souls journey towards self love, healing and growth is a personal experience with their own set of ideals and values. Their path and sovereignty is not to be interrupted by deliberate control mechanisms or a singular formula. Designed around a person's individual character and passions.

I am far from perfect, so please do not expect me to have all the answers. Personally, I am really enjoying the search for perfection and I will gladly walk alongside anyone on that same journey.
